Our plunger craftmanship is according with GB5264-85.
There is a good slide performance between plunger core and sleeve interval; The interval decided by the diameter part seal standard in oil pressure test. Moreover plunger used for multy cylinder need grouped by seal standard. In order to ensure the plunger precision, grouping them at 0.0005mm. Put the suitable plunger core diameter insert to sleeve about 1/2~2/3 core guiding surface length, then take it out, painting the abrasive paste tested with dynamic mutual abrasion machine. After Cleaning abrasive paste and lubricating at diesel oil, put plunger at 45 degree angle. Taking plunger core out of 1/3 column length ,freely-falling it start at any position of core aixs. If plunger core down without any retardant will be finished,or dynamic mutual abrasion test again.
